Terms of Service
** By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS **- I do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to order a commission. If you attempt to and I find out, you will be blocked immediately. I highly encourage minors not to purchase art from strangers online for your own safety of scams or harmful, non-professional conversations.- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, I may give you a reason, but I am not required. This does not mean you are barred from commissioning me. You may come back with a different idea, but do not continue to ask for the same piece or else you will be barred from commissioning me further.- Once we discuss the total cost of the commission and you have my payment information, you have 48 hours to make the deposit payment before you forfeit your slot. I will try and keep you aware of it but I am busy with other work and may not always have time.Payment
There will be a deposit of half the total price once everything has been sorted out, the final commission will be given after I receive the second half (I will send you a heavily watermarked and slightly blurred version of the drawing, once final payment has gone through, I will send the better-quality drawing).Turn Around Time
I send daily updates unless notified prior. I will send a sketch within 1-3 days of receiving the deposit, have lineart to you in 1-3 days (from receiving the sketch), and have the finished piece to you in 2-4 days after the lineart (may vary due to life situations).Possible Fees
I will explicitly say when the point is where I cannot make major adjustments, this will typically occur after I get approval of the lineart, if you ask for any adjustment needing 10+ minutes of work, there will be a $5 convenience fee for each 10 minutes the change requires.Commission Use
After you are given this piece, keep it to personal use. I do not allow reselling of any kind, I do not allow my art to be fed into AI training, nor do I allow making it an NFT in it's entirety. This is not an exhaustive list and if I find misuse of the commission, you can be barred from further commissions. If you wish to use it for advisements, we can discuss that payment.Refund Policy
If you are truly dissatisfied with the final piece, let me know as soon as possible. I can give a partial refund of 50% of the commission value for 72 hours after completion.- Tips are not expected or required but they are appreciated!
What I need to know
- I would appreciate early on into the discussion portion of the commission that you inform me of any rush (1 day or less for lineart, 2 days or less for flat colors, and 4 days or less for rendered) there will be a 30-50% fee added.- I can work off a description of a character, but any and all reference photos would be helpful.
